May Long Group Ride
Oi! What I though was going to be a mellow weekend with no partying turned out o be an awesome week end of bike riding! There was no better a suprise than seeing three trucks filled with big bikes pull up infront of the house for a day of shuttling. A quick trip up york creek road lead to the start of Jodi's trail (nature extravaganza) or something like that. Jod's trail is well beat in and flows faster and faster the more it is ridden. The stunts are in good shape except for one that fell to fires of the partying punks camped near the bottom of the trail. The group then headed up for a quick rip of good riddence aka: Johnston's trail, lots of fun followed as people tried thier hand at the stunts and jumps that line the trail. A few photo opetunities presented them selves and Jodi snapped some action shots and a few group pictures. (to be uploaded soon)

Back in the Saddle
Howdy All!!!
It has been an awesome week of biking! To start it all off I had the pleasure of riping up COP last sunday with my hot little riding honey girlfriend Casey. The lifts were down so we hit up the new dirt jump park and the trials area. The dirt jumps have been moved to the base of the ski area, almost in front of the day lodge. There are four different lines available from wee little dirt jumps to big daddy ones. The trails area is a little neglected and the skinny's have been replaced with wall rides and a few jumps.
Now that I am home for a few days I have been able to ride some of the best trails in the pass, good riddence, the witch, Jodi's trail and the playground are all free of snow and in excellent shape.
Yurri and I rode in Sparwood today meeting up with a Jerry the local who was more than happy to point us in the right direction. We rode Pete's and I was impressed by the flowing terrain smooth landings and greasy stunts.

Greatings From The Great White North
What a soggy couple of weeks....I dont know about you guys down south but my Super 8 has been chained to a tree under a few feet of snow and rain since the end of April. I didnt get a chance to ride in Athabasca or Hinton as I worked some long days and the weather was bunk.. I did get to ride in Edmonton last night, just kinda an exploratory ride to see whats out there... I am sleeping in Neil and Renne's front porch and working a turbine job at the Strathcona Esso refinery. If any one knows of some good riding in Edmonchuck let me know I'm here all week.
