Upper Crowsnest Falls

Tim and I were up on crowsnest the other day and there was a lot of ice on the middle ledge, I am sure that it is all melted out in this last chinook but it sure does get the blood pumpnig.

Thumb Bone not connected to Hand Bone

Had a bit of a spill a few weeks ago and dislocated my thumb so no more riding this year.
